スイス旅行の計画(2)

今日は、航空博物館に行って来た。
ブログにそのことを書こうと思ってPCの電源を入れ、メールを見るとスイスの鉄道会社からまたまたおかしなメールが届いている。ブログのネタができてしまった。


私は既に1stクラスのシートの予約をしてあったのに以下のメールが来た。
Thank you for your booking. We made the following reservation for you:
- 2 seats on the Bernina Express from St Moritz to Tirano, departure at09.41, 2nd class panoramic coach on July 16th. CHF 18.00- 2 seats on the Bernina Express from Tirano to St Moritz, departure at14.49, 2nd class panoramic coach on July 16th. CHF 18.00
The other seats in this trains are fully booked.

このメールが何故送られてきたかわからないがその直前に私が出したメールは以下の通り。
ここでいっている予約番号は予約済みの1stクラスの番号だ。
I won't cancel Dossier number 5162690.Please keep them. I will take this train.

何故キャンセルしないとメールを出したか？というと以下のわけのわからないメールが来たからだ。オンラインで予約できないと言っているが私は既にオンラインで予約したのだよ。
それにキャンセルするなら連絡しろと書いてあるがこのメールの前に私はキャンセルのキャの字も要求していない。
それにこのメールが私のどの要求に対して来たのかもわからない。おかしなことが多くて返事が無いので何回もメールを送ったのに私の送ったメールが参照されていないのだ。
Thank you for your inquiry. We dont' have the possiblity to book theonline seats. If you need this seats you'll have to book it byyourself.Please tell us if we have to cancel the Dossier number 5162690.

通常旅行の計画は楽しいものだが今回ばかりは頭に来る。さすがに頭に来て以下のメールを出した。

What is this mail?
I have NOT asked to book 2nd class seat!
What did you do about the following 1st class seat????Have you canceled? I have NEVER asked you to cancel.
Please explain detail of current status!

これでまた変なメールが来たらマネージャから私に電話よこせと言うしかない。
